Bass Micro Synthesizer Analog Microsynth

If Dean and I aren’t locked in, those frequencies can eat up the guitar. But if it is balanced, it sounds really amazing.” Read the full interview here.

John Altieri, is a talented tubist currently on tour with David Byrne and St. Vincent in support of their new album, “Love This Giant.” John has shown us that EHX products can be used with traditional instruments in creative, new ways. With the use of some imagination and Velcro, John has attached an EHX Bass MicroSynth and a microphone to his horn. As the sole bass player in the band, this allows him to manipulate the tone of his sousaphone to fit and fill all of the bottom-end roles.
